Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Consultant
with robust expertise in
Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), Salesforce Administration, and Salesforce Development
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and implementing Data Cloud solutions, developing scalable data models, building automations, supporting AI-driven use cases, and integrating Salesforce with enterprise data platforms.

This role requires a combination of technical expertise, solution design capabilities, and stakeholder management skills to deliver scalable and business-focused Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and access controls, including support for automated user provisioning.
- Implement and maintain Salesforce security, governance, compliance, and data management practices.
- Configure, administer, and optimize Salesforce Data Cloud environments.




- Design and develop scalable Data Cloud data models to support Customer 360 initiatives.
- Build and maintain automations, calculated insights, and business processes using Salesforce capabilities.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce.
- Support AI-driven business solutions leveraging Einstein AI and Agentforce.
- Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with enterprise applications and external data sources.
- Support data ingestion, data unification, identity resolution, and customer segmentation initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to deployment, release management, and version control best practices.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and implement continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and solution design artifacts.
