We are seeking a Quality Supervisor for our Electric Vehicle division in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Oversee quality assurance processes for electric vehicle production.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and products.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor team members on quality assurance best practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Skills and Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 3-13 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in the automotive or EV industry.
- Robust knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
- Proficient in using quality assurance tools and software (e.g., Minitab, SPC tools).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
