Job Role: Test Lead – Mobile & Internet Banking
Experience: 5+ Years (3+ Years as a Test Lead)
Certification: ITSQB Foundation Level (or equivalent) – Must explicit within three months of joining
Job Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai (Work from Office )
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead a team of 6-8 test engineers and oversee test planning and execution.
✔ Develop test plans, test strategies, test scenarios, and test cases for web applications.
✔ Manage defect tracking, test execution, and project coordination .
✔ Interact with clients, internal teams, and external developers to understand requirements and formulate solutions.
✔ Perform effort estimation for testing projects.
✔ Monitor test execution and review business scenarios and high-level test conditions.
✔ Prepare and present key reports, including Defect Analysis, Status Reports, MIS Reports, and Test Closure Reports .
✔ Ensure regular updates in the Daily Status Report .
