Job Description:
Expectations:
- Work with and for SME-Acoustic group SME-Acoustic Development Engineer
- Perform 1D Acoustic and Backpressure of exhaust system Analysis from request to report
- Perform acoustic and Backpressure exhaust system design optimization

Requirements:
- Engineer - Minimum 2 yrs professional experience in automotive
- Minimum Bachelors level education in Mechanical engineering or similar
- Computer skills Fluent in basic tasks in Windows workplace, Excel and PowerPoint

Knowledge / skills:
- Analytical skills – Problem solving
- Design of Experiments (DOE), Multi-Objective Optimization (MOO) is a plus
- Analytical software knowledge is a plus, including software like:
- GT-Power, Realis Wave, Hypermesh, Catia V5, ModeFrontier
- CFD software (ie. CCM+, Fluent)
- Acoustics of ICE and exhaust systems knowledge is a plus
- For Senior engineer is a must
- Knowledge of exhaust aftertreatment is a plus
