Job Description – Chat Process (Non‑Voice) :-
We are hiring candidates for a Chat Support Process with good typing skills and communication abilities. Great prospect for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
Eligibility Criteria -
- Education: Graduation is mandatory (B.Com / B.A./ BBA / BSC )
- Experience: Fresher to max 3 years
- Typing Speed: 25 WPM with 95% accuracy
- Communication: Excellent written communication skills
- Not Eligible: BCA, B.Tech, or candidates from technical backgrounds

Job Requirements -
- Provide customer support through chat and messaging channels
- Maintain accuracy, quality, and professionalism in responses
- Ability to work in night shifts (8:30 PM–6 AM or 11 PM–8:30 AM)
- Comfortable working on Indian festivals/holidays (24/7 environment)
- Overtime will be paid as per company norms
- 5 working days , rotational roster
- Training period: 2 months (no leaves allowed during this time)
