Role Description The Owner at SimpliiSolution is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including strategic planning, operations, client relationships, and service delivery. This full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India involves setting business goals, managing finances and budgets, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet accessibility and quality standards. The Owner will lead and support team members, define workflows for accessible document creation, and maintain robust communication with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Daily responsibilities include reviewing key performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth, managing partnerships, and ensuring compliance with relevant accessibility guidelines and regulations.
Qualifications
Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams, projects, and business operations.




Knowledge of digital accessibility standards (such as WCAG, PDF/UA) and accessible document practices.
Ability to develop and implement business strategies, manage budgets, and oversee financial performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement, negotiation, and partnership management.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
Experience in document management, digital services, or related fields is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline preferred.
