Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Noida. The Salesperson will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and promote advertising and partnership solutions offered by Global Leaders Insights. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and outreach, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.



The role also involves collaborating with editorial and marketing teams to align client solutions with magazine content, tracking sales performance, and providing regular reporting and feedback to management.
Qualifications
Robust skills in prospecting, lead generation, and client relationship management.
Ability to conduct effective sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Comfort working with media, advertising, or publishing solutions and understanding client needs.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in basic office and CRM software to manage pipelines and reporting.
Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
Previous experience in sales, preferably in media, advertising, or related industries.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
