Position Summary : The Business Analyst for the Corporate Client Onboarding Portal will play a crucial role in analysing business requirements, optimizing processes, and ensuring the successful implementation of the portal and will act as a liaison between Business and Information technology stakeholders in order to understand the business goals and objectives by eliciting and detailing the requirements for new projects. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders in gather requirements, document processes, and support the development team in delivering a high-quality product.
Responsibilities Requirement Gathering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for the Client Onboarding Portal.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand user needs and pain points.
- Gather Business & non-functional requirements and conduct feasibility studies of implementing IT solution.

Process Analysis:
- Analyse current onboarding processes and identify areas for improvement and automation.




- Studying AS IS business processes and system functionalities and propose TO BE functionalities either through system or processes.
- Present with different solution options to business problems which create current enablements.
- Develop process maps and workflows to visualize and optimize the onboarding journey.

Documentation:
- Create comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Documented requirements into workable product backlog items which are mapped with the feature.

Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
- Facilitate regular meetings and updates to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
