We are seeking a friendly reliable and passionate Barista to join our team As a Barista you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages including specialty coffees teas and non-caffeinated drinks while delivering outstanding customer service You ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our guests Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee espresso drinks teas smoothies and other beverages to company standards Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines grinders and brewers safely and efficiently Greet customers warmly and take orders in a friendly and timely manner Offer knowledgeable recommendations on beverages and food pairings Handle cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and dining areas Restock supplies ingredients and cups as needed throughout the shift Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times Assist with opening and closing duties including cleaning and setup Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations Stay updated on new drink recipes seasonal offerings and company promotions Requirements Previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing hospitality role preferred but not essential Passion for coffee and customer service Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Solid communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and pride in presentation Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes or procedures Flexibility to work early mornings evenings weekends and holidays About The Company SIHAMCO is a strategic partner operating proudly under the General Entertainment Authority GEA National Events Center NEC Riyadh Season and Jeddah Season since 2019 At SIHAMCO we don t just lead Saudi Arabia s hospitality and entertainment evolution we create it from the ground up Since 2008 we ve been designing constructing and operating exceptiona
