What success looks like in this role We are seeking a Technology leader to lead our APAC Technology Organization driving innovation modernization and engineering excellence across a diverse product portfolio In this role you will lead large-scale engineering teams define technology roadmaps and ensure delivery of secure scalable and market-leading solutions This leader will manage group of engineers through Senior Managers and Directors drive innovation across the product lifecycle and partner with global executives to align technology with business goals Principal Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for the Technology Organization defining its long-term vision strategy and roadmap Drive innovation modernization and technology excellence across legacy platforms and next-gen cloud-native solutions Oversee multiple product divisions ensuring alignment with business objectives customer needs and industry trends Directly manage and mentor multiple Engineering Directors and Senior Managers leading a global workforce of 200 engineers Ensure delivery of secure scalable and high-quality products across the full product lifecycle Partner with Product Management Operations Sales and Executive Leadership to shape product strategy and client outcomes Lead talent acquisition competency development and succession planning to build a sustainable and future-ready workforce Represent the Technology Organization in executive councils customer engagements and industry forums Critical Skills Required Proven technology leadership across systems engineering modernization and SaaS cloud transformation Deep understanding of Product Development Lifecycle PDLC and enterprise product engineering frameworks Solid track record in budgeting product costs and software capitalization management Demonstrated success in building and scaling global engineering organizations Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to work across geographies and influence CxO-level decisions Str
