This Position reports to:

Continuous Improvement Manager

We are looking for an experienced and technically proficient In this role you will support the deployment of the Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy for Finance & Accounting Operations and strengthen ABB’s Service & Performance (S&P;) agenda for 2026 by bringing strong CI expertise, a transformation mindset, ERP-enabled process optimization (S/4HANA preferred), and finance domain fluency. You will coach teams, lead end-to-end CI initiatives, and ensure measurable, sustainable improvements in quality, delivery, cost, and stakeholder experience.

This role is contributing to the Finance Services business Global Service & Performance division in Bangalore, India.

You will be mainly accountable for:




- Strong experience in CI / Lean / Operational Excellence roles with in-depth knowledge of CI methodologies and structured problem solving.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required (or higher). Agile and/or Project Management certification is an advantage.
- Proven capability to manage CI initiatives end-to-end, including advantages sizing, delivery execution, and sustainment.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable CI outcomes (quality/right-first-time, cycle time, productivity, cost) with sustained benefits.
- Experience running CI governance and managing an improvement pipeline (cadence, prioritization inputs, RAID, milestone tracking, benefits reporting).
- Working understanding of finance process controls and compliance considerations (auditability, approvals/workflows, segregation of duties impacts).
- Finance domain fluency in at least one tower: P2P or O2C or R2R (cross-tower understanding is an advantage).
