Playbook SOP Development Create comprehensive playbooks and Standard Operating Procedures SOPs for platform implementation Document core configuration features and ensure alignment with business objectives Domain Expertise Compliance Leverage deep knowledge of PC insurance including Flood and Homeowners LoB Map product features to compliance requirements and regulatory standards Technology Management o Understand data mapping and validation for platform configuration Able to identify validation points and work with Quality Assurance team for further grooming of validation needs Articulate product features and functionality to technical teams Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure proper implementation Requirements Management o Write clear detailed business and functional requirements Enhance and refine requirements based on stakeholder feedback and evolving needs Required Skills Qualifications
