Prepare detailed quotation (codes, qty, pricing)
Share within 24 hours
6. Site Visit Coordination
Schedule site visit with client & site engineer
Cross verify the measurements and check the quote
Revise quotation if required
7. Handover to CRM
Share complete order details
Ensure zero missing information
Drawings, sketches, reference images, selection form all
data to be shared discussed during presentation
8. Cold Calling and Social Media Enquiries
Follow up with social media leads
Zoom presentations and physical meetings to close the
order
Convert leads into sales
Prepare presentations for the meeting
Convert Instagram / WhatsApp / website enquiries into
visits & orders
