We are seeking a Workday Lead developer to join our team and play a key role in
designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and other
enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in
integration design and planning, Workday integration development, API
development and customization, data mapping and transformation, troubleshooting
and issue resolution, integration testing and quality assurance, documentation,
and training, and staying updated with Workday enhancements.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

* At least 5 years of experience in integration design and development, with a
focus on Workday integrations.

* Proficiency in Workday integration tools and technologies, API development,
and data mapping/transformation.

* Experience in "Workday Studio", XML & XSLT.

* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues.

* Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA for managing user stories, tasks,
and sprints.

* Workday Integration Certification(s) preferred.





What will you be doing in this role?

* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and design
scalable and efficient integration solutions.

* Develop integrations using Workday's integration tools and technologies,
including Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Web
Services, BIRT Reporting, Custom Reports, and Workday Integration Cloud
Connectors.

* Leverage Workday's API capabilities to design and develop custom
integrations, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

* Define data mappings and transformations between systems to facilitate proper
data synchronization and formatting.

* Identify and resolve integration-related issues, performing root cause
analysis and collaborating with relevant teams for resolution.

* Develop and execute comprehensive integration test plans to ensure
