BIM Quality Checker (3+ Years Experience)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a BIM Quality Checker with 3+ years of experience to review and validate BIM models, ensuring compliance with project standards, client requirements, and BIM best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform QA/QC checks on BIM models and drawings.
Review model accuracy, standards compliance, and data integrity.
Conduct clash detection and coordination reviews using Navisworks.
Identify and resolve modeling errors and inconsistencies.
Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and company standards.
Generate quality audit reports and coordinate with project teams.
Requirements:
3+ years of BIM experience in Architecture, Structure, or MEP projects.
Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
Strong understanding of BIM standards, LOD, and model coordination.
Positive analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
Experience with BIM 360/ACC and ISO 19650 standards.
