Strada is looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP Time Consultant with solid experience in SAP Time Management implementation and support. The ideal candidate will lead time-related functional workstreams, provide expert-level guidance to clients, and deliver high‑quality solutions aligned with HR and Payroll processes.
This role requires robust analytical skills, the ability to work closely with global teams (particularly in Europe), and proven experience delivering AMS and project services in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the analysis, design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Time Management (PT) solutions, including schemas, rules, and work schedules.
Provide expert support for Time Evaluation, Absence/Attendance Management, Shift Planning, and Interfaces with Payroll.
Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with global stakeholders and convert business needs into functional specifications.
