Role Summary:

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on
Technology Leadership AI focused
to lead the
technology strategy, innovation, and AI/GenAI initiatives
for the
Enterprise Solutions Manufacturing Unit
. This role will strategize, and execute the development of
preconfigured solutions
,
in-house platforms
, and
customer demonstration environments
across SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other technologies. The AI officer will also drive
strategic partnerships
, lead
co-innovation initiatives
, and ensure the unit remains at the forefront of digital transformation in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities
:

Technology Strategy & Innovation:
- Define and execute the technology vision for the Enterprise Solutions Manufacturing Unit.
- Lead the adoption and integration of
AI/GenAI
across enterprise platforms to drive intelligent automation, analytics, and user experience.
- Oversee the development of




preconfigured industry solutions
,
accelerators
, and
demo environments
for client engagements.

Platform Engineering & Architecture:
- Guide the architecture and engineering of reusable solution frameworks across SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other platforms.
- Ensure scalability, interoperability, and innovation in all in-house technology assets.
- Establish governance for solution quality, reusability, and compliance.

Customer Engagement & Demonstrations:
- Lead the creation of immersive, real-time
demo environments
showcasing next-gen enterprise capabilities.
- Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to support client workshops, PoCs, and transformation roadmaps.

Partner Ecosystem & Co-Innovation:
- Drive co-innovation initiatives with hyperscalers, ISVs, and platform partners.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and tools into the enterprise ecosystem.
