What You'll Own

Support & Retention Operations
- Raise the bar on escalation handling, so quality holds across every rep and every shift
- Close the gaps in 24/7 shift coverage




- Build the SOPs and training that let quality scale independent of tenure or memory
- Get a clear, evidence-based view of why students actually cancel, and fix what that reveals

Team Leadership
- Directly manage Support and Retention as one unified team, hiring for empathy and coaching for ownership
- Run regular 1-on-1s, give specific feedback, and build clear growth paths for each person
- Personally handle the toughest escalations, so the team sees the standard you expect

Systems & Metrics
- Own the metrics that matter: resolution quality, response time, renewal rate, student sentiment etc
- Partner with Product and Engineering to fix root causes, not just symptoms
- Build the retention playbook: pre-renewal outreach, pause-and-reactivation flows, and how cancellation signals get surfaced and acted on before a student churns
- Be the voice of the customer to the Founder and to Product, backed by data
