Responsibilities
Role Description
- Independently create engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy aligned with our overall marketing objectives
- Manage and schedule content calendars for social media
- Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Identify and implement social media trends and best practices
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools

Skills
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Robust visual and creative skills
- Ability to create visually appealing designs along with content
- Knowledge of typography, colour theory, and layout design
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to create and execute social media strategies
- Experience with social media analytics and performance metrics




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
- Creativity and strategic thinking

Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred)
- Must have 2+ years of experience in social media marketing
- Proven track record of independently developing and executing successful social media campaigns
- Must have Proficiency in Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other similar Tools
- Strong understanding of design principles and best practices
- Must have Experience with social media analytics tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
