Senior Manager – Human Resources
to partner with leadership in building high-performing teams, driving talent acquisition, strengthening culture, and improving employee performance. Your extensive background in HR Business Partnering, particularly in the Healthcare and Pharma sectors, aligns well with the demands of this role.

- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
- Use HR data and insights to drive informed decisions and improve outcomes.
- Balance employee advocacy with business priorities while ensuring a positive work workplace.
- Bring experience from consulting, design agencies, digital agencies, technology consulting, or digital transformation consulting environments.

Mandatory Experience
