Role Overview

We are looking for a highly energetic and persuasive professional for our Inside Sales (Domestic) team, who will speak

with prospective candidates, understand their career requirements, and convert them into Merito users. This is a

consultative sales role, not just a calling role — success depends on genuinely understanding a candidate's career

situation and positioning the right solution, not on reading a script.

- Explain the platform and its benefits in a easy, convincing manner.
- Adapt the sales pitch depending on the candidate profile — Fresher/Student, Mid-Level Professional, or

Senior/Leadership Professional.
- Handle objections related to pricing, value, need, trust, and comparisons with LinkedIn, job portals, or resume

services.
- Follow up consistently with interested candidates and drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
- Achieve weekly and monthly calling, revenue, and conversion targets.
- Continuously refine and improve the sales pitch based on candidate feedback.
- Visit colleges and campuses as required to promote and endorse Merito, engage students, and build on-ground brand

presence.
