We are seeking a visionary Senior Director to lead our Enterprise Data & AI Enablement organization, reporting directly to the VP of AI and Data. This executive-level position will drive the strategic roadmap for data and AI capabilities across the enterprise, with deep focus on building robust data foundations that enable advanced AI applications. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate extensively with AI leadership, and partner with senior executives to influence enterprise-wide data and AI strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Define and execute comprehensive data and AI enablement roadmaps in partnership with VP of AI and Data
- Drive enterprise data strategy that supports both traditional analytics and advanced AI/ML initiatives
- Collaborate with C-suite and senior leadership to align data capabilities with business objectives
- Influence organizational strategy through data-driven insights and AI readiness assessments
Data Foundation & Architecture Excellence
- Data Strategy & Architecture: Define foundational data platforms, technologies, and reference architecture that scale across enterprise applications
- Core Data Solutions: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and lifecycle management of critical enterprise data including Customer, Supplier, Item/BOM, Finance, and Reference data
- Data Ingestion & Engineering: Oversee robust data movement capabilities (ETL/ELT), real-time streaming, and pipeline reliability at enterprise scale
AI-Ready Data Capabilities
- AI & Advanced Analytics Enablement: Provide cutting-edge tooling, environments, and expertise for predictive modeling and advanced AI applications
- Knowledge Products Development: Lead creation of semantic layers, unifying ontologies, and hierarchical Master Control Programs (MCPs)
