Key Responsibilities
- Analyze EPOS, sales, shipment, and trade investment data across customers, channels, and markets.
- Track key commercial KPIs, including sales, volume, market share, distribution, and promotional performance.
- Evaluate trade promotions by measuring ROI, sales uplift, and post-promotion performance.
- Identify business opportunities, execution gaps, and growth drivers through data analysis.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance scorecards using BI tools.
- Automate recurring reports and ensure consistent reporting across markets.
- Collaborate with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to provide data-driven recommendations and support commercial decision-making.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing,



Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience
in Data Analytics, Trade Marketing Analytics, Commercial Analytics, or Sales Analytics.
- Experience in the
FMCG industry
with exposure to EPOS and trade data.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas).
- Experience with
Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
.
- Solid analytical, presentation, and data visualization skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools and large dataset analysis is an advantage.
