Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated and customer-focused Business Development Associates to join our International Sales team. In this role, you will engage with parents across international markets, understand their child's learning needs,



and recommend the most suitable BrightCHAMPS learning programs through a consultative sales approach.

This is a consultative International B2C Sales role where you will work with company-generated leads, conduct virtual counselling sessions, build strong customer relationships, and drive enrollments while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with company-generated leads through calls and virtual meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning programs.
- Conduct online counselling sessions and product demonstrations.
- Build robust relationships with prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful enrollments.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in CRM.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
