n We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Dental Call Center Specialist to support multiple dental clinics during evening and overnight hours. This is a remote position ideal for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys helping patients and working in a fast-paced environment.
n Responsibilities:
n n Answer inbound patient calls professionally and courteously.
n Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
n Handle patient inquiries regarding services, insurance, and office policies.
n Verify patient information and update patient records accurately.
n Route urgent calls to the appropriate office or provider.
n Follow call scripts and maintain exceptional customer service.
n Work closely with office teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
n n Qualifications:




n n Previous dental office or dental call center experience preferred.
n Fluent in English is required; bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
n Knowledge of dental terminology and dental scheduling software is a plus.
n Excellent communication and customer service skills.
