- Identify and acquire new customers for loan products through field visits.
- Promote loan and overdraft products to retailers and small business owners.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with customers for timely loan repayments and collections.
- Generate leads through market surveys and local references.

Eligibility:
- 02 years of experience in Sales, Field Sales, BFSI, or Fresher for Loan Officer role
- 0-2 Years in Collection recovery or Freser
- Positive communication and customer handling skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to work in the field.
- Ability to speak Hindi, English, and the local language.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Own a two-wheeler with valid insurance.
- Valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
