The ideal candidate should have experience working with a Channel Partner network and will be responsible for leading a team of Client Advisors, driving sales performance, strengthening channel partner relationships, and achieving business targets.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Client Advisors assisting customers in purchasing new homes.
- Ensure all leads are effectively followed up and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and team performance.




- Improve sales conversion through regular coaching and performance reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and Channel Partners.
- Participate in field visits and support the team in achieving successful sales closures.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales plans for the assigned cluster.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Analyze business challenges and implement corrective action plans.
- Share business performance updates and insights with senior management.
- Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 48 years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales.
- Experience working with a Channel Partner network is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of team handling experience.
- Strong network with developers and Channel Partners.
- Experience in residential property sales, channel partner management, developer sales, or home-buying advisory will be preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
