nKey Responsibilities:
nFinancial Reporting & Accounting

- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable Accounting Standards and statutory requirements.n
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of books.n
- Monitor General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.n
- Oversee bank reconciliations and cash flow management.n

nTaxation & Statutory Compliance

- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.n
- Handle GST reconciliations, assessments, notices, and departmental queries.n
- Coordinate with statutory authorities for tax-related matters.n
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST regulations, and other applicable statutory requirements.n

nAudit & Compliance

- Coordinate Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, and other regulatory audits.n
- Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents, and management responses.n
- Implement and strengthen internal financial controls and compliance frameworks.n
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies and financial governance.n

nFinancial Planning & Analysis

- Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.n
- Analyze business performance and profitability across business units.n
