n Key Responsibilities:
n Teaching:
nDevelop and deliver courses for B.Tech. ECE/Electronics Engineering
nMentor and advise students in their academic and professional development.
nUtilise innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
n Research:
nPublish research findings in reputable, peer-reviewed journals.
nEstablish a strong,



externally funded research program aligned with departmental strengths and priorities.
n Other:
nParticipate in departmental, college, and university committees and activities.
nEngage with skilled organisations to promote engineering.
nPromote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the department and the broader engineering community.
n Qualifications:
nMinimum M.Tech. in ECE/Electronics Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
nPh.D. Candidates with prior teaching experience in Engineering Colleges will be preferred.
nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
