About the RolenWe are looking for a compassionate and clinically competent Consultant Psychiatrist who is passionate about delivering high-quality psychiatric care and wishes to grow with an ambitious healthcare organization.
nThis role offers the opportunity to work in a up-to-date outpatient setting alongside psychologists and a multidisciplinary team while contributing to the development of a scalable mental healthcare model.
Responsibilitiesn

- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.n
- Diagnose and manage a broad range of psychiatric conditions across age groups.n
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on current evidence and best practices.n
- Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications appropriately.n
- Work collaboratively with psychologists and other healthcare professionals.n
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records.n
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis and treatment.n
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism.n
- Contribute to patient education initiatives and mental health awareness programs.n
