nJob Summary
nWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations for our Tile Adhesives business. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the tile adhesive industry and a solid understanding of the construction chemicals market. The role involves driving regional sales growth, expanding the dealer and distributor network, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team.
nKey Responsibilities

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.n
- Drive sales of tile adhesives, grouts, waterproofing products, and related construction chemical solutions.n
- Appoint, develop, and manage dealers, and channel partners across the assigned region.n
- Build strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, tile dealers, and project consultants.n
- Identify new business opportunities in retail, projects,



and institutional sales.n
- Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Officers, and the regional sales team.n
- Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.n
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, product launches, and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.n
- Coordinate with marketing, technical services, and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely product availability.n
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables within company norms.n
- Prepare and present periodic MIS reports, sales reviews, and business plans to senior management.n

nRequired Qualifications

- 8–12 years of sales experience in the tile adhesive industry.n
- Experience in construction chemicals or building materials will be an added advantage.n
