n Job Responsibilities:

- n
- Provide overall leadership and direction to Nursing Services across the hospital.n
- Ensure delivery of protected, compassionate and evidence-based nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and clinical protocols.n
- Drive compliance with NABH,



JCI and all statutory regulatory requirements.n
- Monitor nursing-sensitive quality indicators including medication errors, falls, pressure injuries, hospital acquired infections and patient safety events.n
- Ensure implementation of patient safety initiatives, infection prevention practices and clinical governance standards.n
- Develop and implement nursing policies, SOPs, protocols and clinical guidelines.n
- Ensure optimum nursing manpower planning, deployment and productivity across all departments.n
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, retention and succession planning for nursing workforce.n
- Drive nursing competency assessment, mandatory certifications and continuous professional development.n
- Ensure timely completion of BLS, ACLS, Fire Safety, Infection Control, Biomedical Waste Management and other mandatory training programmes.n
- Review patient feedback and nursing service quality and implement improvement initiatives
