Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support the end-to-end accounting and financial operations of a growing US IT Staffing and Recruitment organization. This role requires strong expertise in client billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close, along with a solid understanding of staffing industry financial operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with a US IT Staffing, Recruitment, or Professional Staffing organization, possess excellent analytical and reconciliation skills, and be comfortable collaborating with recruiters, account managers, payroll providers, and clients. Location: Noida Shift Hours: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST Qualifications CA Inter (Mandatory) or Chartered Accountant (CA) Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline Experience Requirements Minimum 7+ years of accounting experience Minimum 4 years of experience supporting a US IT Staffing, Recruitment,



or Qualified Staffing organization Experience supporting US Government/Federal, State, or Commercial staffing clients is highly preferred Strong understanding of consultant billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, timesheet reconciliation, and staffing financial operations Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online/Enterprise, Zoho Books, or similar accounting platforms Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience processing US consultant payroll is a plus Key Responsibilities Prepare and reconcile client invoices based on consultant timesheets, bill rates, and contractual terms Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting activities Coordinate with recruiters, account managers, payroll providers, and clients to resolve billing, payroll, and timesheet discrepancies Track consultant pay rates, client bill rates, gross margins, contractor costs, an
