Job Description Job Purpose:
nTo lead the audits of Trade Finance portfolio of the bank

nAudit execution

- Review pre-audit preparation and sampling.n
- Allocation of audit areas to the auditors based on expertise and mandays available.n
- Carry out audit of various areas / activities / departments as per the RBI guidelines / internal policies.n

nAudit reporting

- n
- Prepare audit reports detailing findings, risks, recommendations, and Management action plans.n
- Risk grading and opinion formation.n
- Audit finalization, discussion, and closure (including visits to branches / units).n
- Effectively communicate audit results to key stakeholders including Senior Management, highlighting areas of concern and opportunities for improvement.n

- Monitoring and follow up with auditee Management for audit issues resolution.n
- Validate evidence submitted for closure of audit issues.n

- Manage and supervise the team of auditors.n

- Communication skills – Solid written and verbal communication skills facilitating audit reporting, presentations and discussions.n
- IT skills - Advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point is a must.n
- Leadership skills – Leadership skills including people management & problem solving to lead the team of auditors.n
- Time management - Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.n
