Job Title: Technical Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of software engineers, developers, and IT specialists.

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all technical aspects of software projects.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Ensure software development best practices, coding standards, and agile methodologies are followed.

- Oversee system architecture, integration, and performance optimization.

- Conduct code reviews, risk assessments, and quality assurance checks.

- Provide technical mentorship and career development to team members.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of all IT systems and applications.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.





Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.

- Proven experience managing cross-functional technical teams.

- Solid understanding of software architecture, cloud computing, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
