Job Description: An office boy (or office assistant/peon) provides vital daily support by ensuring the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently. Key duties include cleaning and organizing premises, serving beverages to staff/visitors, handling photocopying and filing, managing courier, performing general errands, and assisting with meeting room setup. Key Responsibilities

- Office Maintenance: Cleaning workstations, conference rooms, pantry, and toilets; ensuring supplies like tea/coffee are stocked.
- Hospitality & Support: Serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
- Administrative Assistance: Photocopying, scanning, scanning, filing, and scanning documents .

- Logistics & Errands: Delivering documents to other offices, managing mail, and purchasing stationery.
- Equipment Care:



Ensuring office machines (printers, water dispensers) are clean and functional.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is usually preferred.
- Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks, punctual, and reliable.

Physical Requirements
