Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering
Salary: 2.4 - 3.60
Age: 30–40 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage vehicle design, development, and performance testing.

- Monitor maintenance schedules, diagnostics, and system upgrades for vehicle fleets or production units.

- Analyze automotive systems for efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance.

- Collaborate with design, R&D;, and manufacturing teams to improve product quality.

- Manage vendor development and quality control for automotive parts.

- Provide technical support for assembly lines or service operations as required.

- Implement cost-effective and effective solutions to meet engineering challenges.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering (or Mechanical with relevant specialization).

- Proven 8–10 years of hands-on experience in the automobile industry (OEM or Tier-1 preferred).

- In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics tools, CAD/CAE software.

- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Must be within 30–40 years of age.
