Job Description:

Qualification

- Should have a B.E. or M. Tech in Civil Engineering.

- Must have minimum experience of 10-12 years in Structural engineering.

- Must be well versed with software used in structural design such as Etabs, PROTECTED and Autocad.

- Must have designed a building of at least G+40 stories.

- Must have relevant knowledge of Indian Standard Codes: IS 1893, 13920, 456, 16700, 875-3.

Role and Responsibilities

- Preparing DBR and project brief document.

- Preparation of Etabs model along with analysis.

- Designing of all type of assigned Structures as per MCPL standard and Codal provisions.

- Coordination with in-house BOQ team for tender document and BOQ working.

- Managing a team of engineer regarding the project you will be working on and attend meetings when necessary.

- Coordinating with Clients, Architects, Contractors and MEP Consultants as per instructions with the Senior Management.

- Resolve clients and site RFI, visit sites when required and provide additional details as per site requirements.





- Responsibility to the design, analysis and drawings submission of the assigned projects in all respects as per MCPL standards.

- Worked also on Highrise buildings (120+ meters preferable).

- Need to have good knowledge of rebar detailing of all structural elements such as Beams, Columns, Slabs, Footings etc.

- Allocating tasks to junior & Senior engineer, Draftsman and cross check their work.

- Training junior & senior engineer in their design & analysis standard so that they upgrade their knowledge.

- Help take cognizance of billing for ongoing projects & assisting bills department to raise new bills & follow up for payments from client as per progress of work.

- Help interview engineer & Draftsman at all levels of seniority to assist the HR department.

- Attend management meetings & give feedback to senior management as specific projects, Codal standards, design & analysis.
