Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented Junior Finance Executive to support our finance team in day-to-day corporate banking operations, bank guarantee (BG) preparation, and coordination with financial institutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, sound knowledge of finance and banking processes, and the ability to prepare formal communications and letters with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Banking Coordination:

- Liaise with banks for various financial transactions including fund transfers, LC/BG issuance, renewals, and closures.
- Manage documentation required for bank credit facilities, compliance, and audits.
- Maintain communication logs and follow-ups with bank officials.

Bank Guarantee (BG) Preparation:

- Assist in preparing, submitting, and tracking BG applications.




- Coordinate with project and legal teams for BG-related documentation.
- Ensure timely renewals and closures of BGs as per project requirements.

Documentation and Letter Drafting:

- Draft and prepare official letters, banking correspondence, and finance-related documentation.
- Maintain a repository of all financial correspondences and official communications.

Bank Reconciliation and Records:

- Assist in day-to-day bank reconciliations and fund status updates.
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of transactions in accounting systems.

Support Financial Operations:

- Assist in monthly and quarterly closing processes.
- Support finance team in audits, internal checks, and reporting.
