Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems (analog and IP-based).
- Perform routine servicing, system checks, and preventive maintenance for installed systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty CCTV hardware and network-related issues.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on system operation and best practices.
- Maintain accurate service logs, reports, and documentation.
- Collaborate with project teams during installations and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security standards during all work processes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in CCTV and security systems.
