1. Enable pan India Commercial Underwriting (UW) & Sales teams through Underwriting support from PUNE office. (SME – PROPERTY, MARINE, ENGINEERING) (without any Limitation on Sum Insured)
2. Contribute to development of creative & comprehensive solutions/ process / raters / platforms for SME Underwriting & Underwriting automation.
3. Drive SME business through sales teams & channels by providing best in class & technically advanced solutions matching to current & upcoming market requirements.
4. Identify niche & profitable segments, develop value propositions with Go to market plans.
5. Evaluate the pan India SME/ Commercial lines portfolio on periodic basis, get insights and implement changes.
6. Recommend solutions for Hazard categorization, conversion Matrix,
Risk Accumulation
7. Implement the Strategy, Policies, guidelines and processes for Underwriting of Commercial Segment products in letter and spirit.
8. Ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements in Underwriting, Products & Pricing.
9. Effectively coordinate with the cross functional teams (Risk Engineering team, Sales team, channels and Operations & Claims teams)
Key Requirements – Education & Certificates
- MBA and / or III certifications
Key Requirements - Experience &Skills;
- Minimum 3-5 years of Underwriting experience
