1. Product Strategy & Planning. Requirements Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and define Data Product Requirements (specifically for the Gold Layer). Documentation: Translate high-level Data Product Requirements into detailed Data Requirements (DRD). Operational Planning: Define product costs, resource requirements, estimated timelines, and success criteria. 2. Delivery & Oversight. Execution: Analyse the development/enhancements/Gaps of D&AI; products to ensure alignment with agreed requirements, budget, and timelines. Validation: business data validation with stakeholders specifically for data residing in the Gold Layer. Change Management: Review and update Data Product Requirements based on changes raised by D&AI; teams or business stakeholders. 3. Stakeholder Management & Communication Engagement: Facilitate the identification of Business and Data Stakeholders. Knowledge Transfer: Coordinate and lead Business Knowledge Transfer sessions.
