Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join our department. This role is critical to our success, as the Senior Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing and directing multiple complex projects or large-scale programs, often with cross-functional and international teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in project management, with a strong focus on quality, process improvement, and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive project strategies, including accurate scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management plans.
- Drive projects to successful completion, meeting timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations effectively.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.




- Champion best practices in project management and SDLC processes, ensuring efficient and effective workflows.
- Plan, oversee, execute post-go-live systems and processes, ensuring stability and seamless transition.

Qualifications

- 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in managing technical projects.
- Solid understanding of Product Master Data (PMD) concepts and principles, and familiarity with Product Data Management (PDM) systems and processes.
- Expertise in SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
- Proficiency in JIRA for task management and issue tracking, and Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
- Experience with budget tracking, cost control, and risk management, ensuring projects stay on track.

Nice to Have:

- Experience in PMD/PDM, product data, master data management, enterprise applications, or related domains.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery models.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar certification.
