" Roles & Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for developing detailed marketing strategies: Establish market share and prescription objectives, build brand plans, and formulate omnichannel product promotion strategies tailored to target audiences.
- You will be responsible for leading product promotions: Plan and execute promotional activities, manage marketing campaigns, and collaborate with creative agencies to enhance product visibility and awareness.
- You will be responsible for monitoring performance and campaign effectiveness: Conduct root cause analysis for non-compliance with KPIs, collect feedback, and make adjustments to promotional strategies to meet customer needs.
- You will be responsible for collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs): Build solid relationships with KOLs, plan scientific events, share brand insights, and ensure effective communication of brand values.
- You will be responsible for ensuring compliance: Oversee marketing activities to ensure adherence to organizational policies and regional regulations while optimizing processes.
- You will be responsible for leveraging digital tools and insights: Apply digital marketing strategies such as SEO, e-commerce platforms, and social media campaigns to impact theconsumer funnel and convert indicators into sales.
- You will be responsible for market analysis and competitive evaluation: Analyze customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends to forecast opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
- You will be responsible for training and development: Provide training materials and workshops for sales teams, enhance marketing knowledge, and ensure alignment with brand strategies.
