Post Sales Executive

Location: Sanpada Head Office
Experience: 25 Years
Gender: Male

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer documentation and KYC

- Handle payment follow-ups and records

- Prepare agreements, receipts, demand letters and NOCs

- Handle reminder and possession letters

- Resolve customer queries and provide support

- Maintain MIS and payment records

- Coordinate with internal teams

- Assist in customer possession and handover

- Manage day-to-day CRM and administrative activities

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline

- 25 years of experience in Real Estate CRM / Post Sales

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Email

- Solid documentation and record-keeping skills

- Good communication and customer-handling skills

- Knowledge of real estate documentation and possession process
