Job Title: PMO / Project Management & UAT Lead

Experience: 6 10 years
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced PMO / Project Management & UAT professional to support project governance, planning, execution, stakeholder management, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The ideal candidate should have solid experience in PMO activities, project tracking, reporting, risk and issue management, UAT coordination, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards while maintaining effective governance and communication across project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate PMO activities across multiple projects/workstreams.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, action trackers, RAID logs, and status reports.
- Track project progress against agreed scope, budget, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with project managers, business teams, technology teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare weekly/monthly project status reports, dashboards, management presentations, and steering committee materials.
- Maintain project governance standards and ensure adherence to established PMO processes.
- Identify, track, and escalate risks, issues,



dependencies, and project blockers.
- Coordinate project meetings, document meeting minutes, action items, decisions, and follow-ups.
- Support change management, including tracking scope changes, project dependencies, and impact assessments.
- Coordinate project milestones and ensure deliverables are completed and appropriately documented.

UAT Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities in collaboration with business and technology teams.
- Develop and maintain UAT strategy, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test execution schedules.
- Coordinate with business users and SMEs to define and validate UAT requirements.
- Track UAT execution, test results, defects, and resolution status.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6 8 years of experience in PMO, project management, business analysis, UAT, or a similar role.
- Strong experience managing project governance, reporting, tracking, and coordination.
- Hands-on experience with UAT planning and execution.
- Experience preparing management dashboards, presentations, and executive-level reporting.
- Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and manage competing priorities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or similar tools is preferred.
