Mentor Match is an online tutoring platform serving students across IGCSE, British, American, IB, and CBSE curricula. We're looking for a Renewals Specialist to own our renewals revenue and keep our families learning with us.
What You'll Do
Own and deliver monthly renewals revenue targets
Reach out to parents ahead of package expiries and drive renewals and upgrades
Use student progress data to demonstrate value in parent conversations
Flag at-risk students early and work with internal teams to retain them
Maintain accurate pipeline records and revenue forecasts
What We're Looking For
~ Available to join immediately
~1–3 years in renewals, retention, or inside sales (EdTech a plus)
~ Proven record of hitting revenue targets
~ Excellent English communication; empathetic yet persuasive
~ Reliable home-office setup for a fully remote role

Compensation
₹40,000/month fixed + performance incentives tied to renewal revenue.
