n Location- Delhi NCR
n Eligibility:
n Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
n Minimum 2–3 years work experience in mortgage sales in any Bank/NBFC.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Acquire recent customers for Loan Against Property (LAP).
n Generate leads through field visits, referrals, DSA (Direct Selling Agents), builders, and channel partners.
n Understand customer funding requirements and recommend suitable LAP products.
n Conduct customer meetings and explain loan features, interest rates, tenure, and documentation.
n Collect and verify customer documents.
n Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for loan processing.
n Follow up until loan disbursement.
n Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
n Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
n Ensure compliance with bank/NBFC policies.
