nRole Overview
n• Deliver advanced endocrine care across diabetes, metabolic, and hormonal disorders
n• Manage complex chronic conditions with focus on long-term outcomes and prevention
n• Deliver outcomes-led care as a patient-first leader, not volume-driven
n• Practice as a system thinker with clinical depth aligned to evidence-based pathways
nKey Responsibilities
n• Perform day-care interventions including insulin initiation, CGM-based management,
nand acute metabolic stabilization
n• Manage end-to-end care from diagnosis through treatment, monitoring, and follow-up
n• Operate as an MDT (Multi Disciplinary Team) champion across specialties
n• Mentor junior clinicians as an institution builder, not just a department manager




n• Align with international pathways and leverage EMR for data-driven care delivery
n• Act as a system-shaping professional influencing how medicine is practiced
nCore Skills
n• Expertise in endocrine care including preventive and day-care management
n• Solid clinical judgment with outcomes-driven, evidence-based approach
n• Experience with standardized pathways and digital health systems
n• Strong communication and caregiver engagement capabilities
nQualification
n• 20+ years of experience in endocrinology practice
n• DM / MD/ DNB Endocrinology (or equivalent) from a recognized institution
n• Valid medical registration
