nPosition Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or similar years of graphic design or visual development experience.n
- 2+ years of skilled design experience, preferably creating assets for video or motion teams.n
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshopn
- Foundational knowledge of Adobe After Effects - understanding how to prep files for animation.n
- Proven ability to create Style Frames that define the look and feel of a project before production begins.n
- Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects with varying deadlines.n
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain design choices to non-designers.n
- Willingness to work independently and be receptive to creative direction from motion designers.n
- Experience in 3D modeling and design (Cinema 4D, Blender, Adobe Stager).n
- Experience with Unreal Engine or real-time rendering environments.n
- Knowledge of AI design tools for concepting and rapid prototyping.n
- Conceptual understanding of how 2D assets translate into 3D spaces.n
- Creative problem-solving skills, especially regarding file optimization and workflow efficiency.n
